The National Community Reinvestment Coalition (“NCRC”) respects your privacy and has created this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to inform you of the types of information we collect from you when you access and use the NCRC website (the “Site”)

When you register for an event, training, membership, newsletter, program, or other service through our Site, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, organization affiliation, payment information, and other information necessary to process your registration or request.
We use this information to:
· Provide and administer our programs, services, events, and resources;
· Process registrations, memberships, donations, purchases, and other transactions;
· Communicate with you regarding your account, registrations, or requests;
· Send information about our organization, programs, events, products, services, advocacy efforts, and other activities that may be of interest to you;
· Improve our Site, services, and user experience; and
· Comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

Event Registration
When you register for a conference, training, symposium, seminar, webinar, or other event through our Site, we may collect information such as your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, organization or employer, payment information, login credentials (if applicable), and other information you choose to provide.
In connection with certain events, we may share limited registration information (such as your name, title, organization, and contact information) with event speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, co-hosts, or other participants when reasonably necessary for networking, event administration, or participation purposes. Any such sharing will be described at the time of registration where required by law.
By registering for an event, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy and any event-specific registration materials. We do not share payment card or other financial account information.
How We Protect Your Personal Data
We use commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical measures designed to protect your personal data from accidental loss or destruction and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no website, mobile application, system, electronic storage, or online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data transmitted to, through, using, or in connection with the Services.
Children’s Data
Our Services are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect any personal data from, children under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal data from a child under 18 years old without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We may share aggregated information that does not include personal information and we may otherwise disclose Non-Identifying Information and Log Data with third parties for industry analysis, demographic profiling and other purposes. Any aggregated information shared in these contexts will not contain your personal information.

The Site is available throughout the world for different purposes. For instance, NCRC members and/or other individuals may access this Site from outside the United States to purchase a product or view pertinent information. The Site shall be operated in accordance with laws of the United States and visitors to the Site should be aware that the laws of the United States may differ from those of their respective countries of residence.
By providing your personal information as an international visitor or user, you are: (i) permitting the transfer of your personal information to the United States, which may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you reside; and (ii) permitting the use of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
